The theories,policies,and models discussed in this book will be useful to policy makers,researchers,specialists,entrepreneurs,and consulatnts who are involved with the environmental and forestry industry.Its publicaton will play an improtant role in facilitating exchange and cooperation among the international forestry community and contribute greatly to a better environment for all.    作者简介:    Zhou Shengxian is a senior economist and a native of Wuzhong county in the Nigxia Hui Autonomous Region.He has been actively involved in the public service,holding various posts,including the Secretary of the Communist Party of China Xi Ji county committee andf Executive Vice Chairman of the People's Government of the Ningxia Autonomous Region.He currently holds the post of Vice Chairman of the National Afforestation ommitteea and Administrator of the State Forestry Administration.
