作者简介

　　杨天庆　四川师范大学教授，具有丰富英语导游教学和实践经验。曾出版《四川英语导游》《四川英语导游应试必备手册：文化与景点讲解词》等10余部作品。杨磊在美国印第安纳州戈申学院获得学士学位，在堪萨斯匹兹堡州立大学获MBA硕士学位，目前在南达科他州黑山州立大学工作。

版权页：   如何挑选砚台？ How do we select inkstones? If you select inkstones as a collector, Duan Inkstone, Chengni Inkstone, Xi Inkstone or Taohe Inkstone are all good choices. A high-quality inkstone should have the following distinctive features: Its texture is moist, smooth, and exquisite. Stone veins appear obvious and intact. The stone's surface has clear natural tiny patterns resembling a star or halo. The stone's surface is as smooth as a baby's face. The inkstone gives a sound when you tap it gently with your finger. As you tap a Duan Inkstone, a wooden sound is considered to be the best, while a metal sound is seen as inferior. The tile sound is between the wood and metal sounds. A high quality Xi Inkstone gives a clear and melodious sound. Wash off the remains of ink marks on an inkstone. This is done to see if the stone surface is able to reveal something of its true colors and to ascertain if there is any damage or indication that the stone has been repaired. Roughly estimate an inkstone's weight by holding it in your hand. Heavy stones are better than the light stones among Xi Inkstones of the same size.
