前言
随着中国海员不断融人国际海员市场,对中国海员英语能力的要求也越来越高。航海英语作为航海学习者一门重要的学习和考证课程,也是学习难度最大的课程之一。除了有些学习者英语底子薄外,更主要是由于:专业词汇量多而难,而且有些从专业英语词典中也无法查阅,有很多词汇由于词典等资料中无加注音标而读不准;其次专业用法多,且无足够的资料供查阅其确切意思,而导致理解困难;再就是专业性强,且有些知识点在相关专业课程中也无介绍,而不能理解其真正的含义,等等。这些都给学习者在学习中增添了不少困难。 本书根据新的《中华人民共和国海船船员考试大纲》对二、三副的要求,本着人性化的理念进行编写的。除了尽量做到内容丰富、知识点全面外,在选材上力争内容精和资料新,编排上做到浅人深出,尽量使学习者易学、易理解和易接受,并且每课都编写了加注音标的生词表和对疑难句子或知识点的注解,以帮助学习者理解和提高学习效率,另外在许多地方利用了插图,以帮助对相关内容的理解和增强感性认识。 全书由陈宏权主编和统稿,其中第3章由杨晓编写,第4、7章由范耀天编写,第5、12章由陈刚编写,第6章由王当利编写,第8章由张进峰编写,第11章由刘成勇(第一、二部分)和张品生(第三、四、五部分及附录)共同编写,第14章由牟军敏编写,第15章由吴建华编写,第16章由张兢编写,第18章由郭国平编写,其他章由陈宏权编写。 编者希望通过本书的出版,能够给读者更快、更有效地学习航海英语知识有所帮助,但由于编者水平有限,错误难免,恳请同行及广大读者不吝指教。
