内容概要
杜纲主编的《烹饪英语(中等职业教育中餐烹饪专业系列教材)》以烹饪常用词汇为主线,涉及10个方面的内容,包括:蔬菜、水果、小吃、肉类、调料、烹饪用具、烹饪手法、干果蜜饯、海鲜、饮料等,并配上相应的图片。全书共分10个单元,每个单元以上面其中一个方面的单词为主,配以日常用语及对话、重点动词用法、英文菜谱。每个单元后都有自我评价、生词表。《烹饪英语(中等职业教育中餐烹饪专业系列教材)》后附有中文菜品名译成英文菜品名的常用方法、酒店各部门的英文名称及最常用礼貌用语,以方便学生实际运用。每个单元中配有大量的练习以方便学生记忆和运用。针对学生不同的程序及学生将来工作的需求,在一些菜谱后增加了图片以便学生复述,并在后两个单元采用了两篇商品说明。
