　　RELAXX，which is making the area so energetic and full of life.Situated ona long and narrow site，the concept proposal of RELAXX Center was thecontext with the environment.With its dynamic shape。which~sponds todynamic external environment and internal function，the building conductsa rhythm to light up the whole street.That is the rhythm AKII has createdthrough the design。　　Compact form is elevated on one side by two floors and sits on four upside down U-shaped concrete pillars and thus a terrace shape is formed.The height of the lifted floor matches the height of the nearby Old Bridge，while the other side of the building is of the same height as the neighboringfurniture store Atrium，letting the whole building blend into the surroundings.Solid part of outer skin，covered by silver-gray titan-zinc cladding；and northfacade and two short side facades，glazed and thus transparent，build afeature of its play with opacity and transparency.　　Functions：　　1st fIoor：retail and refreshment stores；2nd fIoor：health and wellnesscenter；3rd floor：indoor golf court，bio-restaurant，solarium and children’Splayground；4th一5th floors：sD0rt and leisure activities zones；Undergrounds（2 storeys）：parking lot and service rooms.
