前言

　　为了贯彻《高职高专教育英语课程教学基本要求（试行）》及《高等学校英语应用能力考试大纲和样题》，云南省外语教学与考试指导委员会对本省高职高专英语教学进行了调研，并组织长期从事英语教学的老师编写了高等学校英语应用能力考试系列丛书。该系列丛书包括《高等学校英语应用能力考试导考 A级》和《高等学校英语应用能力考试导考 B级》。　　本书为《高等学校英语应用能力考试导考 B级》，全书共分五个部分。第一部分为专项训练，包括各种题型的解题技巧、考点解析（包括真题示例、模拟训练、答案与解析）；第二部分为四套模拟试题；第三部分为2008年考试真题；第四部分为听力原文；第五部分为模拟试题、真题答案与解析。听力材料另附MP3光盘。　　本书的特点：　　1.针对性强。按照考试大纲及命题规律针对每种题型进行分析讲解并组织相应题型进行专项训练，可以使广大考生快速进入备考状态并达到事半功倍的效果。　　2.难易适度、重点突出。针对实考项目设置专项强化训练；从真题中选取例子进行解析，联系实际，讲、练结合，帮助考生举一反三，融会贯通。　　3.实用性强，难点复现率高。重要考点和难点以各种不同题型形式在专项训练中复现，使考生在训练的过程中对自己的薄弱环节进行强化及巩固。　　高等学校英语应用能力考试系列丛书由林德福担任总主编。本册由熊晓雯担任主编，高昆、王文君担任副主编。参加本书编写的人员还有：白玉江、张成风编写听力理解部分；吴轶江、潘俊岭编写词汇与结构部分；蒋芳、何良军、赵茜、杨蓓、普正芳编写阅读理解及翻译部分；殷琪、施应风、李睿编写写作部分。　　由于编者水平有限，书中疏漏之处在所难免，敬请同行专家和读者批评指正。
