阅读是英语学习中的一个重要组成部分,阅读理解能力是英语学习中的一项重要学习能力,也是英语考试所占分值比例最高的部分。阅读能否取得高分,是英语考试成功的关键。初中阶段,学生不仅应具备足量的词汇、扎实的语法知识,还要保证一定的阅读量。为此我们编写了《初中英语阅读突破》,共5册,按年级编排。以下是本书的编写特色。 一、随堂阅读,同步突破 这套阅读以《英语课程标准(实验稿)》为准绳,与初中英语教学大纲同步,按照话题编写。每册选择学生生活中常见的、同时也是各类考试中常考的12至15个话题。每个话题单元选取5篇与话题结合密切的小文章,加深学生对所学知识的理解,丰富和拓展学生的知识面。文章难度随所学知识递增,适合随堂练习。 二、闯关阅读,每周一练。本书中每个话题所选用的5篇文章均按照由易到难的顺序编排,难度等级由每篇文章前的检测框中的星号标出。另外,检测框中写有每篇文章的单词数,方便学生根据不同文章的难度,了解自己的阅读速度。每册书中均有12至15个话题,适合学生按照所学进度。每周一次练兵,或按难度每天完成一篇,循序渐进地提高阅读能力。本书在最后还选编了2套阅读模拟试题,全部为各个地区期末考试的原题,9年级则为中考题,方便学生在复习准备阶段进行模拟检测。 三、设题科学,贴近中考。本书的编写注重学生的阅读学习过程,在活动设计上,注意与各地中考题型的发展趋势相结合,既有常规题型正误判断、单项选择,又有任务型阅读,如根据短文内容完成表格、完成句子、回答问题等,还有阅读表达等拓展延伸题型,有助于提高学生的阅读成绩。 四、体裁多样,难易适中。在体裁上,本套书尽量包括新课标要求的初中阶段学生应该掌握的记叙文、说明文、应用文、议论文等文体。并且难度适中,确保不同阅读水平的学生都能通过阅读本书有所收获。 五、内容丰富,语言地道。本套书阅读材料的选取信息量大,涉及生活、科技、文化、体育、艺术等多方面内容,具有时代气息,有利于培养学生兴趣,拓宽视野,增长知识,提高能力。 本书的设计目的在于启发学生积极思考,学会获取信息,运用信息,激发学生学习英语的兴趣,让学生在学习过程中得到快乐,提高成绩。希望同学们能每天读一点,取得英语学习的新突破。

In fact, kids who get along well with their teachers not only learn more, but theyre more comfortable to ask questions and get extra help. This makes it easier to understand new materials and do your best on tests. When you have this kind of relationship with a teacher, he or she can be someone to turn to with problems, such as problems with learning or school issues like bullying. But what does "get along well with your teacher" mean anyway? It means you and your teacher have a way of communicating that works for both of you. You both are get- ting what you need from the relationship. From your teachers perspective, he or she wants to make sure you are paying attention, being respectful and polite, and trying your best to learn. From your perspective, you want a teacher who is useful to you, answers your questions, and tries to help you learn. You can get along and learn without being pals with your teacher, although its nicer if that happens.
