版权页：   The current stage and development of Jiangxi industrial zones In 1991,the Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee and The Provincial Government approved the creation of High-tech industrial development zones in Nanchang,which marked the formal start of Jiangxi Industrial Zones.From 2001 to 2002 the construction of industrial zones reached its climax stage.Most of the zones were set up in those two years.There are 137 industrial zones at most in Jiangxi and almost every county has one industrial zone at least.From 2003 to 2006,the state reorganized the various development zones.Some zones without development and prospect were closed or cancelled.Some neighboring small-scale industrial zones were incorporated.The state integrates the resource of industrial zones in order to make the industrial zones bigger and stronger.Until the first half of 2007,the number of industrial zones in Jiangxi was adjusted to 95.Except five national-level zones,the remaining 90 zones are provincial-level industrial zones,and the original county level in-dustrial zones were cancelled.69 counties(cities)in Jiangxi Province have industrial zones.Five national-level zones are Nanchang High-tech Industrial Development Zone,Nanchang Economic & Technological Development Zone,Nanchang Export Processing Zone,Jiujiang Export Processing Zone,and Ganzhou Export Processing Zone.All these three export processing zones have been set up and started constructing since 2006,and now they have been completed,which are in the close operation.At present,the development of industrial zones are in the stage of overall expansion and advancing,the development of the zones are kept in good posture,and more and more enterprises enter into the zones.The economy of the zones is growing and its operating quality has been improved obviously. Industrial zones have become the important support of the rapid development of Jiangxi economy.
