作者简介

　　汪闽燕，法制日报社编辑、记者；毕业于华东政法大学，法学学士；英国曼彻斯特大学，国际商法硕士；英国伦敦大学玛丽女王学院，法律博士；获2006年度中国国家优秀自费留学生奖学金；获2010年度第21届中国新闻奖国际传播三等奖。曾在国外知名核心学术期刊发表十余篇英文论文，并多次受邀在国际学术会议上作大会发言。
