作者简介

赵启正，1940年出生于北京。1963年毕业于中国科技大学核物理专业。曾在北京中国核工业部第二研究设计院、航天部上海广播器材厂工作二十年，任教授级高级工程师、副厂长等职。曾多次荣获上海市和航天部劳动模范、先进工作者称号，并获三项发明专利。历任上海市工业委员会党委副书记，中共上海市委常委、组织部长、上海市副市长兼上海浦东新区党工委书记及管委会主任。1998年调任国务院新闻办公室主任。现任全国政协外事委员会主任、中国人民大学新闻学院院长。
