作者简介

　　赵承安先生，生于1940年9月，祖籍陕西省安康县，当他在44年前刚来到新疆的时候，还是个十七八岁的愣头小伙，对“西天”的这块土地也只是从历史书籍描述中、从《西游记》小说形象的想象中只不过是神秘模糊的概念而已，到了现实环境，才感到新疆安全不是想象的那么回事。　　随着岁月的推移，赵承安逐渐对新疆产生了浓厚的深情，当他在用照相机系列拍摄新疆大地的时候，更觉一种激动和震憾，这种思想，奠定了用他用摄影语言倾情新疆的基础，把拍摄新疆大地“当做人生最幸福的时刻” 。　　1989年，赵承安有幸从事系列性的新疆地质、地貌，和地质家交朋友，并阅读有关“普通地质学”等著作后茅塞顿开，开始认识到风光摄影艺术还有更加广阔的天地，从而撑开思维，深层次的去表现新疆的山河江川、大漠原野。　　现在，年过花甲的赵承安，虽然已经退体，但在新疆大地的摄影上，仍充满着创作活力和旺盛精力，每个都有新的作品和画册问世，并决心向更高的水平努力，用他自己的话说：“那山顶，也许我永远也爬不到，但只要低头奋进，距离越来越近些也是好事。”
