作者简介

弗里德里克·雷恩，美国纽约市立大学巴鲁克学院(Banlch College)公共管理系教授，普林斯顿大学伍德罗·威尔逊学院、佛蒙特大学访问教授。长期从事政治科学、公共管理方面的研究，尤其在战略规划与组织发展领域负有盛名。他为非营利组织、大学和政府机构提供管理咨询。
