内容概要

　　研究生英语教堂有其普遍性，也有其特殊性。就其普遍性而言，它是大学生本科阶段英语教堂的延续，即不能放松对基本功的训练；就其特殊性而言，它不仅仅是大学英语教学的一般性延续，更是一种深化。所谓深化，我们指的是，处于研究生阶段的学生不应该只是被动式地、接受式地学习英语，而应该采取主动的、输出式的学习方式。　　对研究生而言，自学能能力，自学能力是一种基本和必备的学习技能。英语学习也是如此。为了使课文能更好地适合自学，每篇课文后都附有一篇副课文，内容一般与正课文接近，用于自学。每篇正课文的胶面都有一段引言，课文后设计了一些问题，帮助学习者对课文的内容形成一些基本的概念，为课文学习做好铺垫。
