前言

　　2005年我们根据“就业导向”、“能力本位”等新的职教办学理念，针对中职学生的实际状况，编写了适应学生需求的《职业英语》系列立体化教材。2009年1月教育部颁布了《中等职业学校英语教学大纲》（以下简称《大纲》）。当前我国职业教育的办学方针、指导思想、人才培养模式、知识体系和技能要求等都已经发生了变化，我国职业教育应培养学生的关键能力、技能迁移能力、职业意识和终身学习能力，以满足用人单位对从业人员的学习能力、合作能力和自我行为控制能力的要求。因此，《大纲》在总目标中提出使学生“初步形成职场英语的应用能力”，并从语言知识、语言技能、情感态度、学习策略与文化意识等几个维度来进行目标描述；将课程教学内容分为“基础模块（必修）”、“拓展模块（任选）”和“职业模块（限选）”三个部分，其中“基础模块”强调培养学生初步的英语应用能力，并从教学内容与要求、教学安排、教学实施、教学评价等方面详细阐述。根据《大纲》中“基础模块”的教学内容与要求，结合自《职业英语》系列立体化教材出版以来收集到的中职学校师生的使用意见，我们特修订了本套教材，以期符合目前我国中等职业教育对英语课程教学和英语教材的新要求。

You can do it.　　To get started， check the list of ingredients ： water， sugar， yeast， olive oil， flourand salt. First， you need to make the 'dough. To make it， you just mix everything together.Then， you have to cover the dough and wait one and a half hours.　　Now， the second step is the fun part. You make the dough into a big round circle. Youpush it and pull it and stretch it into a circle.　　The next step is the sauce . You spread some pizza sauce onto the dough. Nota lot of sauce. Too much sauce and the dough gets too wet. Then you add cheese. Twocups of cheese is about right. Sprinkle it on，top.　　Now you are ready to add the toppings. You can use slicesof sausage， diced onion， pieces of green pepper， chopped mushrooms， shrimp， strips ofchicken ... whatever you like.
